Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern all sales made on the shop between Wise Project and its customers. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 1 — Products

Wise Project offers a selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. The photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but have no contractual value in the event of a minor difference in shade or finish.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Wise Project reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated.

Article 3 — Order

The order is validated once payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the customer at this stage. Wise Project reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious anomaly (pricing error, suspected fraud).

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, securely. Banking data is neither stored nor accessible by Wise Project.

Article 5 — Shipping

Delivery times, given for guidance, are between 5 and 10 days depending on the shipping method chosen (standard or express). A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty, excluding return costs where applicable.

Article 7 — Returns and refunds

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The refund is issued within 5 to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return, to the same payment method.

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 — Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
