Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

• The item must be returned as new, unworn, in its original packaging with its tags
• The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

Unsealed fragrances and personalised items cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
